Families manage their private finances in many different ways. Some rely on external advisers and some organise as much as possible in house, sometimes in a family office. Whatever your preference, we can provide assistance in developing an effective structure to manage your affairs, co-ordinating the resources of accounting, tax, legal  and investment specialists. We can organise regular family meetings and timely reports from all the external advisers.

We can give tax and accounting advice on a range of related matters. Alternatively, we can source and manage specialist advisers when the need arises.

Trusteeship

We can arrange individual or corporate trustees in situations when it is desirable to have an independent trustee for family trusts.

Divorce & Expert Witness Work

Solicitors and barristers often require assistance on the financial aspects of divorces. We can provide accounting and tax advice at an early stage to decide the best way forward. Andrew Pitt can also act as an Expert Witness on establishing the total family wealth, valuing private company shares or businesses, understanding offshore and onshore trust arrangements and any related tax issues.
